Flight delays are an unfortunate part of traveling however with Simply Shuttles you can be sure that once we confirm an airport transfer we will be ready and waiting whatever the delay. This is one of the reasons that we insist on your flight number at the time of booking.
For passengers travelling with disabilities, a wheelchair or who require additional assistance, is it vital that we are informed at the time of booking in order that we can be prepared to accommodate the passenger safely, comfortably and without delay.
Will any other passengers be travelling on our transfer?
No. The allocation of the vehicle for your transfer is exclusive to you and your group.
Can we book transfers for local services during our holiday?
Yes, of course, we are more than happy to assist you and your party with transfers to places of interest, restaurants, nightclubs, golf courses, or any other requirements that you may have. In order for us to ensure availability we need to receive your exact requirements, by email, as soon as you are aware of them.
Where do I meet the driver at Malaga Airport?
You should have received a map with your booking confirmation showing you exactly where to meet your driver, who will be waiting for you just outside of the double doors exiting the building from the arrivals hall. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Do you offer transfers to and from the golf course?
Yes, we do. We need to know about your golf transfer requirements as soon as possible in order to guarantee availability, so it is advised that you email these to us as soon as you are aware of them. In addition, we have a golfer price list with specially designed packages to make pricing your golf holiday as simple as possible.
Can you provide baby and child seats?
Yes, we can. We need to receive your requirements as soon as possible in order to ensure the driver has the correct type of seats in position for when you are collected.
Will the driver use the toll road and are toll fees included?
Yes the driver will always use the toll road where possible and yes the fees are included in our prices (with the exception of transfers between 23.00h and 08.00h).
If my transfer service is at night is there a 24-hour contact number I can call?
Yes, there is a number on your booking confirmation which is a 24-hour number, but it is manned for emergencies outside of office hours so please therefore only use it in an emergency.
How can I be sure that my transfer booking is confirmed?
Once you have received a booking confirmation with a booking reference number, you can be sure that your booking is confirmed.
Can a large group arriving and departing on different flights still book a transfer?
Yes, you can. When you make your booking you will need to provide us with the flight details for all flights and passengers, so your driver will be aware of this when he comes to collect you.
I don’t know my accommodation address, do I need it to book a transfer to the airport?
Yes, you will need to provide an address so that the driver knows where to collect you from. You can make a provisional booking without it, but we will need a full address in order to send a confirmation.
